Once you are signed up as a service provider, you will automatically appear on a map for customers to see based on the services you can provide. You also have the option to scroll through jobs in your area, and reach out directly to customers via the in-app messenger. Connecting with customers has never been easier.

Your portfolio is what the customer sees, you can add a brief description of your experience, a profile picture, and images of projects you have worked on in the past. Your portfolio will also show your license information, past ratings, and number of times you were hired through our app.
We have a wide variety of services listed on our platform. When you register you will choose services that you are skilled to provide. After selecting these services, you will only be shown to customers that submit jobs in that service category, and can search for jobs that are also in that service category. We are always expanding, so we have a section for you to suggest new services that we may add to our app.
After a customer submits a job, they will be redirected to a map showing all the service providers in their area. The customer can now go through each professional’s portfolio, and send a message to any number of service providers. You will also see all the jobs in your area based on the services you selected during registration and can message the customer directly with questions and quotes.
We offer a unique cost model, there are no lead charges, so you can message customers, and book as many jobs as possible, without paying for any leads. Instead we have a subscription model. You only pay $40 a month to connect with unlimited customers. You have the freedom to discuss the format of payment with customers, so cash, check or card. There is a 3% transaction fee only if the customer decides to pay you using credit/debit card through our payment gateway. There are no hidden fees or charges. FIRST TWO MONTHS FREE: We know trusting a new platform can be hard, so try us out for free for two months, and cancel any time with no cancelation fees.
As a HYT Provider, you have complete freedom to charge what you seem fit for the services you provide. We value your skills and knowledge therefore you choose the cost of each job. Cleaners also have the option to charge a subscription if the customer would like there home to be cleaned monthly, biweekly, or weekly.
We value the safety of our service providers and our customers, so if you are not licensed we require you to get a background check during registration through CHEKR. We also require every one signed up as a service provider to have their own General Liability Insurance. This is to protect you in case of accidents, injury, and damage done to customer property.
