Customize your Portfolio

Your portfolio is what the customer sees, you can add a brief description of your experience, a profile picture, and images of work completed and your skills. Your portfolio will also show your license information, ratings, and number of jobs you have completed.

Choosing Services

We have a wide variety of services listed on our platform. When you register you will choose services that you are skilled to provide. After selecting these services, you will only be shown to customers that submit jobs in that service category. You will only see the queue of jobs that are also in that service category. We are always expanding so we have a section for you to suggest any new services that may be add to our platform in future updates.

Connecting with Customers

After a customer submits a job with option 1, they will be redirected to a map showing all the service providers in their area that can complete the job they submitted. From here the customer can go through each provider’s portfolio and send a message to whom they think can complete the job. The second option available to the customer is that they can submit the job to a queue. You will see all these jobs in your area based on the services you selected during registration. You as the provider can now contact the customer for free via our in-app messenger.

No Lead Charges

We offer a unique cost model, THERE ARE NO LEAD CHARGES so you can message customers, and book as many jobs as possible. Instead we have a subscription model, in which you pay $40 a month for the platform. There is also a 3% transaction fee. There are no hidden fees or charges, after you pay the subscription you can book any number of jobs a month. FIRST MONTH FREE: We know trusting a new platform can be hard, so the first month is completely free, you don’t pay the subscription fee. The subscription will automatically start the second month, and you can cancel any time.

Growing Your Business

As a Service Provider you have complete freedom to charge what you seem fit for the services you provide. We value your skills and knowledge therefore you choose the cost of each job. Cleaners also have the option to charge a subscription fee if the customer decides to get monthly, weekly, biweekly cleanings done.

Safety is our top priority

We value the safety of our service providers and our customers, so if you are not licensed we require you to get a background check through our app using the CHEKR third party service. We also require every one signed up as a Service provider to have their own General Liability Insurance. This is to protect you in case of accidents, injury, and damage done to customer property. COVID 19 Protocol: Please maintain 6 ft distance when working with a customer, and always keep a mask on. If you feel any COVID 19 symptoms please cancel and reschedule the job with the customer.
